Differences Between Fan-Tastic Vent Ultra Breeze Trailer Roof Vent Covers FVU1400GRS and FVU1500G
Question:
Your Pictures only seem to differ in what fasteners you show. So If I already have the correct fasteners and I am just looking for replacement plastic can I buy the cheaper one? What is the difference? Your descriptions are identical except the supposed models that each fits.

The difference between the Fan-Tastic Vent vent covers # FVU1400GRS and # FVU1500GR is in the models of vent that each one will fit, as you noted. Part # FVU1400GRS fits all Fan-Tastic Vent trailer roof vents with model numbers starting with "DF". Part # FVU1500GR fits all Fan-Tastic Vent trailer roof vents with model number starting with "FA" or "FV". You certainly can use your own preferred installation hardware.
Both vent covers will also work with standard and powered vents from other manufacturers that fit a 14-1/4 x 14-1/4 roof opening.
