Your photo of your Jayco pop-up does appear to show a corroded outer roller bearing along with your 5.70-8 tire and 4-on-4 wheel, such as # AM30153 and the similar items shown on the linked page. Your size wheel/tire is usually found on an axle rated for 2000-lbs, like the complete Dexter axle/hub kit # 20440I-ST-60 for example. This this axle weight rating usually uses either bearing # L44643 or # L44649 but due to the condition of your bearings it will be just about impossible to accurately identify them.
I recommend you replace your entire axle since it is quite likely your spindles and hubs have also been damaged and/or corroded like the bearing. If you measure the space between your leaf springs you'll know which kit to use. If your leaf spring centers are 48-inches apart use axle/hub # 20440I-EZ-60; if they are 58-inches apart use kit # 20440I-EZ-72. Please refer to the linked diagram.
These axle/hub kits will accept your 4-on-4 wheels but based on their condition for your safety I suggest replacing them too with # AM30153.
