The only roof rack available for the 2003 Acura TL that provides 125 lbs of weight capacity is the SeaSucker brand. The other brands offer 25-35 lbs less capacity. I was not able to find the roof capacity of the Acura TL in the owner's manual. It says to contact the dealership for more information on how much weight the roof can handle. It is a good idea to find this information out before carrying kayaks.
I recommend SeaSucker Monkey Bars part # 298-SX6000B because this setup gives you the 125 lb weight capacity that you need to carry the two kayaks and the bars conveniently fold up when not in use so you can store them in your trunk or cargo area.
To carry the Kayaks I recommend using the SeaSucker pads part # 298-SA1022 on the bars and 2 sets of tie downs part # 298-SA0010 because a kayak carrier would add more weight to the setup which seems like a concern for you especially if your kayaks are heavier.
