Trailer Hitch Recommendation for Rear of 5th Wheel Camper to Carry Generator

Looking for a a receiver hitch to install on the back of my 5th wheel camper. I want to have it welded to the frame.For now Im going to put a rack to carry a Honda 3000 generator but eventually thought about pulling a trailer with either a golf cart or even a side by side. What would you recommend?
