Bike rack anti-rattle bolts like the one in Swagman part # S64031 are usually unique to the brand of bike rack and the bolt from one maker won't fit in a rack from another maker. This particular bolt fits Swagman 1-1/4-inch hitch carriers. The pin dimensions are shown in the linked image. Pin diameter is 1/2-inch and the threaded portion (including the bolt head) measures 2-inches. Thread pitch is 12 threads per inch.
