Will Tongue Weight of XLR Boost Toy Hauler Go Up When Loading Side By Side
Question:
I am looking at buying a XLR boost 27qb toy hauler. Dry hitch weight is 1082 lbs. I have a F-150 2018 max tongue weight is 1320lbs how much tongue weight would be added if I have a 2000lb side by side in the trailer. Would it increase over the 1320lbs

Toy haulers actually carry their "toys" in the back of the trailer. I looked up your XLR Boost 27QB toy hauler and this is true for it as well. Because of this you wouldn't increase the tongue weight when loading the SXS. It's even possible the tongue weight might go down.
A weight distribution system would still be recommended since you are close to the capacity either way. The best system will be the Strait-Line part # RP66084 which has a tongue weight range of 600-1,200 lbs and features the best sway control on the market that works to fight sway before it starts. This system will allow your setup to handle and brake better which will give you an overall safer towing setup that's easier to manage on the highway.
For a 2 inch ball you would want part # A-90 and for a 2-5/16 inch ball # 19286.
