Charging Trailer Battery with Trailer Wiring
Question:
I have a GMC 2015 which has a seven plug-in pan and a four ply again can I use the four plug-in to bring current to charge the battery on the trailerAnd what would I need to get it to make this process happen

The problem you'd have with using 4-way wiring to charge a battery is that the wire gauge is too thin to really put a decent charge on it. You can use the 12 volt accessory circuit of your 7-way for this which will do a better job since the gauge wire used for this circuit is typically 10 gauge. The 1:00 pin of 7-way is the 12 volt accessory circuit. Connect this pin on the trailer wiring to the trailer battery with 10 gauge wire like part # 10-1-1 (sold by foot).
