For your 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited Ultimate the Curt Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package - 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56332 is a very easy installation. The plug location is under the vehicle on the driver's side and requires no running of additional wire to power your 4-way.
That does change when you add the 7-Way and brake controller as you will need to run at least the 12V power wire (the brake controller output blue wire does not get connected and the yellow reverse light wire is optional). I recommend the # ETBC7L you referenced which will require running a single wire (included in kit) from your 7-way connector to the engine bay. Then you will use an in-line circuit breaker (included with the kit) and then connect the wire to your positive battery terminal. With the Curt Echo Wireless controller # C51180 the brake light signal is captured in that 7-way plug from the 4-way connection and then the 12V power is what supplies the power to the controller for its internal sensors to determine deceleration, braking, and correct braking output power needed for your trailer. The wireless part of the controller is that no wires get directly connected to the controller and there are no wires needed inside your vehicle at the dash because this device uses Bluetooth connectivity with a mobile app for settings and manual override braking.
I've linked some videos to assist as well as an article on routing that power wire.
