I do have a way for you to use the B&W Gooseenck Hitch # BWGNRK1108 on your 2003 Ford F-250 to tow a 5th wheel trailer but unfortunately the Reese Universal Rail and Bracket Kit # RP30035 you purchased uses the same mounting space that the B&W does so they aren't compatible together.
You do have 2 options still available for you though. You can either keep your current Reese 5th wheel slider and use the adapter # DM6140 which fits the square receiver design and gives you industry standard base rails, or you can swap out your Reese sliding 5th wheel hitch and used the sliding B&W Companion # BWRVK3400-5W instead. This mounts directly to the receiver of the gooseneck hitch and is itself an adapter, plus it is one of the best 5th wheel hitches on the market due to the 1" thick dual jaws and cam-action latching handle for easy jaw release.
Attached are review videos of both options that you can check out.
