Gooseneck Hitch with Pucks for a 2011 Ford F-250 with 4 Lift
Question:
Do I need any other parts to install this hitch In my 2011 f250, it doesn’t have a hitch in the back at all and has a plastic bed liner I’m sure will have to be removed. It also has a four inch lift on 35’s and I wonder if that is an issue as well. Intend to Haul livestock and hay!

The Curt Ball and Safety Chain Loop Kit # C60692 you referenced actually requires that you have a gooseneck hitch already installed on your 2011 Ford F-250 as it only comes with the hitch ball and safety chain loops. We do have a variety of gooseneck hitches though and all of them come with a hitch ball so you won't need to purchase it separately. There won't be an issue installing a gooseneck hitch as long as your lift is for the frame as well and not just the body. If it is just for the body then you will need to remove it for a gooseneck hitch to fit properly.
For a gooseneck hitch that uses puck locations for adding the safety chain loops we have the Reese Elite Series Under-Bed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # RP30138-26. This has 4 pucks and the center gooseneck hitch ball location just like the OEM puck system from Ford. Since you are looking to haul stuff in the bed of your pickup this is a perfect solution because the hitch ball and safety chain loops can be removed and covers be put in their place for a completely clean bed! I have attached some photos of this system installed on a 2015 F-350 that you can use as a reference.
I also recommend installing the Bargman Wiring Kit # 50-97-410 for easy access to a 7-Way connector in the bed of your pickup.
The raised height of your pickup could present a problem with towing since you want your trailer as level as possible. You may be able to adjust the coupler on your gooseneck trailer but you will want to take some measurements just to make sure. Start off by measuring from the ground to the bed of your F-250 and then from the ground to the bottom of your gooseneck coupler with your trailer level. If you can adjust the gooseneck coupler so that it is close to the height of your bed then you know your trailer will be level.
