Where Does Brake Controller Plug into on 2005 Ford F-350
Question:
Just bought 05 F350 and had TBC code, found out trailer brake disconnected. Only found the one connection and got trailer lights, cant find the connector circled in red in the pic. Debating if worth taking to Ford or installing aftermarket.

Helpful Expert Reply:
I attached a picture of where you'll find the connector that's supposed to connect to the factory brake controller of your 2005 Ford F-350.
I would recommend an aftermarket brake controller like the P3 part # 90195 with the install harness part # 3065-P over the integrated controller your truck could have came with. This controller will perform better, be more reliable, and is compatible with more styles of trailer brakes like electric over hydraulic unlike the factory controller.
