Do I need to remove back seats for this matress?

You do not have to remove your back seats to use the AirBedz part # 341030. The AirBed is 66 inches long and 52 inches wide so the seats in the RAV4 will most likely need to be folded down. If you measure the cargo area with the seats folded down and it measures less then 66 inches long and 52 inches wide then the mattress fits.
