I have 1984 Jayco jay series 22 foot bumper pull with 15” rims an it has a really wide lug pattern we’re could I get a rim

I've attached an article to help you determine the actual bolt pattern on your trailer. For instance for a 8 on 6-1/2 bolt pattern it means 8 bolt holes with 6-1/2" from the center of one hole to the center of another on the opposite side. We have six different bolt pattern options for the 15 inch wheel/rim. I've linked the page to all your options to assist.
