You can easily mount a fifth wheel hitch in your 2017 Ford F-250 Super Duty and to do that I strongly recommend the B&W Custom 5th Wheel Installation Kit for Ford # BWRVK2402 because they do not require any drilling into your truck's frame to install and include galvanic isolators that are going to prevent corrosion in your Ford's aluminum bed.
Not having to drill into your truck's frame is not only good for your truck but also reduces the amount of time it takes to install the rails. This kit will fit either a 6-1/2 foot or 8 foot bed and give your truck a set of base rails that are industry-standard, which means they will work with a hitch that mounts 22” front to back and either 20-5/8” or 29” wide like the Curt E16 # C95DR or Curt A20 # C16140.
If you need to add a fifth wheel wiring harness I recommend the Bargman 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness # 50-97-410-010 because it comes with aluminum screws designed for use in your Ford's aluminum bed.
I have added a photo showing the rails installed on an F-250 and attached links to a video review and video of the rails and wiring being installed on an F-250 for you to check out.
