I am considering Rhino Rack Article # JA2743 which includes RRVA150B Vortex Bars. I am carrying 2 14 ft. sit-on-top Kayaks weighing 63 lbs each - atop a 2011 F-150 Super Crew I already have Thule Hull-a-Port XT 848 Kayak Carriers. Will the Thule XT 848 Carriers fit on the RRVA150B Vortex Bars?

Yes, the Thule Hullaport TH848 that you referenced does fit the Rhino Rack crossbars part # RRVA150B-2 that you referenced. The included hardware of the Hullaport will easily fit around these crossbars.
