2 Inch Ball Mount with Zero Rise or Drop for Level Towing
Question:
2753--What is the rise of a 2 hitch when turned upside down? I need a zero

Expert Reply:
The Draw-Tite Ball Mount for 2" Hitches - 2-3/4" Rise, 4" Drop - 9" Long - 7.5K # 2753 is not the correct fit for zero rise or drop. For the zero rise or drop you will need the Curt Solid 2-Ball Mount for 2" Hitches - 2" and 2-5/16" Balls - 10K - Chrome # C45002.
Rise or drop is based on the inside top of the trailer hitch receiver. I've linked an article to assist. If you want the ball platform to be even with the bottom of that opening then you would actually need a 2 inch drop ball mount like # C45036 for level towing.
