Will this hitch fit my 2003 Mazda Tribute V6 4WD with a full size spare tire? Thank you!

The Draw-Tite Class III 2 Inch Hitch, part # 75118, will fit your 2003 Mazda Tribute V6 4WD. The installation instructions do not mention any interference with the spare tire. I looked up the Mazda Tribute and the spare tire seems to be located in a spare tire well inside the vehicles rear cargo area. It does mention that minor heat shield modification may be required. I am including a link to the installation instructions that will show you where the hitch will be installed and a video link that shows the hitch being installed on a 2004 Mazda Tribute.

If your spare tire is located in a different place other than the factory location, you will want to make sure it does not interfere with the hitch location as shown in the installation instructions.

If you plan on doing some towing, I recommend the etrailer Ball Mount Kit, # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts, 2 balls, and hitch pin with clip, and a carrying bag.

For trailer wiring, use Tow Ready T-One Wiring Harness, part # 118343. I am including a link to the installation instructions on the wiring harness.
