Parts Needed to Tow With 2018 Toyota Camry XSE
Question:
can you put a tow package on a 2018 Toyota Camry xse

You can add parts to your 2018 Toyota Camry XSE in order to tow and you will need to start with a trailer hitch and I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch #C11576 due to the company's reputation for high-quality trailer hitches. This is a Class I hitch with a 1-1/4" receiver that has a 2,000 lb towing capacity and 200 lb tongue weight capacity.
Adding a wiring harness will also be necessary in order to power the lights on your trailer and the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118763 is the most reliable option for your '18 Camry.
A ball mount (sometimes called a drawbar) is also necessary and for the Curt Trailer Hitch # C11576 the ball mount the manufacturer recommends is Drawbar # 36071. This drawbar comes with a pin and clip to secure it to your hitch but you will need to add a hitch ball, the size of which is going to depend on your trailer's coupler; you will use either 1-7/8" Hitch Ball # 19256 or 2" Hitch Ball # 19258.
I have added some links to video reviews for you to check out as well as a link to a help article on what is needed to tow a trailer which has useful information and I do recommend taking a look at it.
