My 2013 Rubicon, 10th Anniv. edition has the OEM winch mount system in the mumper, will this mount with this?

We checked with Demco and the Classic Base Plate Kit # DM9518320 that you referenced is a confirmed fit for your 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 10th Anniversary Edition. This works with the OEM winch mount since that's part of the bumper it was designed for as well.
