How Do Namsco Wheel Liners NA7195D0 Install
Question:
for the dual s , do these covers use the outer wheel nuts to hold on to the hub cover?? or there nuts provided ? do I remove two outside nuts and then apply 450ft-lb against the cover ? how do the inner tire inflator extension to the outside mounted? remove inner wheel and remount ?

The Namsco Wheel Liners # NA7195D0 fit the front and rear dually wheels on your 1994 Oshkosh X-Line and they mount as shown in the linked diagram. Lug nut covers are included but not the actual lug nuts; you'll use yours.
The rear dual liners are held in place by some of your lug nuts and the hub covers are held by the others. Once you have tightened all the lug nuts to spec to secure the liners and hub covers, you'll apply the included lug nut covers.
For valve extenders that mount on the wheel covers use kit # WM82082.
I also sent the Wheel Masters instructions separately.
