There is a wiring harness available for your 2015 Ford Explorer but the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 76034 that fits your Explorer does not come with a wiring harness included; it would need to be purchased separately.
The wiring harness I recommend for your '15 Explorer is the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118540 because it is extremely reliable and very easy to install on your Explorer. All you need to do is plug it into connection points at the rear of your vehicle, as you can see by the linked installation video.
To mount this harness to your trailer hitch you can use Mounting Bracket 4-Pole Flat # 18144.
