For your 2013 Silverado 1500 4x4, the best way to find the towing weight that you can safely pull is to look at the door sticker for the GCVR (gross combined weight rating) and then subtract your truck GVWR (gross vehicle weight rating from that number. This will be specific to your vehicle with the engine, transmission, axle ratio, cab and bed size.
This will give you the largest trailer GVWR you can tow so that you can determine what camper you can pull safely. The length of the trailer isn't the issue, but rather the weight capacity.
If you are looking for bumper pull or 5th wheel, the trailer towing capacity will not change. That GCWR minus your truck GVWR will give you the precise towing capacity you need.
You can then determine if you need a weight distribution system or air springs like # F2430 you asked from to help level your truck to reduce sag.
