The B&W Companion slider fifth wheel hitch part # BWRVK3400-5W fits your 2018 Ram 2500 6-1/2 foot bed without the OEM package with the underbed installation rails B&W part # BWGNRK1384-5W. The Turnoverball does come with the rail kit. When you are not towing you can remove the hitch and stow the Turnoverball upside down in the hole to have complete access to your bed.

I can tell you how to measure to the best pivot arm adjustment on your setup. I cannot tell you which position based off of your truck itself. The B&W has 3 height adjustments, in the highest position the fifth wheel hitch is 19 inches tall, the middle position the fifth wheel hitch is 18 inches tall and the lowest position the hitch is 17 inches tall. In the lowest position, you have more clearance between the hitch and the king pin because the hitch has a lower profile in the lowest position.

I have attached a diagram that shows you how much clearance is needed to make sharp turns with the B&W slider hitch so you can determine which pivot arm adjustment is best for your setup. You want at least 5 to 6 inches of clearance between the bed rails and the king pin.
