Just wondering I really would like to purchase this product, but have to ask. It does fit with the spare tire on? Dont want to have a tow hitch and no spare tire

Yes, the Draw Tite hitch part # 75648 that you referenced does fit and allow the rear spare of the vehicle to be stored. I attached a picture I took from our install video (also attached) that shows the hitch installed with the spare mounted as well.
