Selecting Electric Stabilizer Jack for Palomino Puma Trailer
Question:
I am trying to figure out what the actual frame distance and things would be for installing the Lippert Stabilizer Jack # LC298707 on my trailer. I have a palomino Puma 20RDC And would like to replace the factory jacks with this system. Any assistance on if this will fit would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

The Lippert High-Speed Power Stabilizer Kit # LC298707 has mounting holes that are spaced apart 68-11/16-inches on the hole centers from left to right. So your main step is to measure the underside of your Puma frame so see if this spacing is compatible. You also need to make sure you have enough front-to-back space along both frame rails for the 20-inch length of the mounting brackets.
If not then you can check out the Ultra-Fab Power Twin II Electric Stabilizer # UF39-941705 which has dual motors instead of just one and an adjustable width that allows a fit on trailers frames from 48 to 80-inches. Do note this unit's mounting brackets are longer, 36-inches, so this unit needs access to more of the frame's front-to-back length.
