Headache Rack and Roll Up Tonneau Cover for 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 8 foot bed
Question:
for a 2019 chevy silverado long bed. what headache rack works best with a recommended rollup tonneau cover

I recommend Aries AdvantEdge in black powder coat part # AA1110105 and the Truxedo roll up tonneau cover part # TX1472201 to use together on the 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 2500.
The Aries headache rack installs into the stake pockets on the truck with the included hardware so there is not any drilling required. It also does not interfere with the installation points of the Truxedo tonneau cover since the installation brackets do not extend past the top of the bed rails.
This particular Aries headache rack is black powder coated aluminum. The aluminum construction does not rust or corrode so it lasts longer and looks nicer than other headache racks available for your truck. If you do not like the black powder coat, it is also available in chrome powder coated aluminum part # AA1110205. These two Aries head racks for your vehicle are the only headache racks available that do not require drilling and do not interfere with the installation of the cover.
the Truxedo part # TX1472201 installs inside the bed rails so it does not interfere with the Aries headache rack. It is also a low profile sleek design so it only sits a 1/2 inch above the bed rail which helps with fuel economy. The installation rails clamp on so you don't have to drill holes in your new truck.
