The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76253 is the best option for your 2019 Subaru Ascent in my opinion. This 2 inch receiver has a hidden cross bar that allows you to have a very clean and factory look to your Ascent. This hitch itself is rated for up to 750 lbs tongue weight and 5,000 lbs towing so it is a heavy duty hitch.

It will fit right behind the factory panel so you can simply remove the panel when you want to use it or trim that panel if you want it exposed. It will still allow for the spare tire and will not interfere with your ground clearance. I've attached a video of this installation to assist.
