Best Fifth Wheel Hitch for 2019 Ford F-250 with OEM Prep Package
Question:
Hi, 2019 F250 Super duty, crew cab regular box 4X4. We have a 2018 32 ft KZ Sportster toy Hauler fifth wheel and are currently towing it with a 2008 F250. We really need to upgrade the truck but have concerns that the new F250s are much taller and with the deeper box this might cause mager issues and special modifiications.

The 2019 Ford F-250 Super Duty does have tall bed rails so you will need to get a hitch with the highest available height of 18-3/4" and a truck with the puck system will be the easiest way to install a hitch.
The best fifth wheel hitch for your 2019 Ford F-250 is the B&W Companion # BWRVK3300 which has a 20,000 lb capacity or the # BWRVK3305 which has a 25,000 lb capacity because it does have a maximum height of 18-3/4" and an impressive jaw system that enhances the connection to your king pin. It also has cushioned bushings which minimize the noise that often comes with towing a fifth wheel trailer, and a pivoting head which makes connecting your trailer to the hitch easier.
This jaws on this hitch are a full 1 inch thick and are the key reason why you aren't going to have to deal with the highly annoying rattling that you would otherwise have to if you were to use a hitch with a lesser jaw system. If you take a look at the accompanying photo you can see the full breadth of these jaws and why they provide an optimal connection.
The bushings on the Companion are another important factor; they are made of polyurethane which act as cushions to further minimize noise and rattling. The hitch also can be adjusted four inches from front-to-back with its pivot arms for more cab clearance and offers three different height settings to ensure you are level with your fifth wheel trailer. This hitch has a 20,000 lb towing capacity, is made in the USA and comes with a lifetime warranty.
This hitch is widely regarded as the most high-quality fifth wheel hitch in the industry; as evidence of that you can see that this hitch has been reviewed well over 500 times by our customers, and they have given it a nearly unanimous 5-star rating. Getting 500 people to agree on anything nowadays is impressive, which speaks volumes about how good the Companion really is, no matter if it is the 20,000 lb capacity of # BWRVK3300 or 25,000 lb capacity of # BWRVK3305.
I've added links to some video reviews for you to check out as well.
