It sounds like you don't have the correct amount of tongue weight for your 2017 Flagstaff MicroLite. What you need to do is make sure that your tongue weight falls within the 10 15% range of the weight of your loaded trailer. If your trailer weighs 5,000 lbs when loaded then the tongue weight should be 500 lbs - 750 lbs.
From the way you described your trailer is acting I would bet that you don't have enough weight on the tongue of your trailer. We carry the etrailer Scale # e99044 that you can use to easily gauge what the tongue weight is on your trailer. One of the best things about this scale is that it can be transported with your trailer so that you know your trailer is properly loaded each and every time you are ready to tow.
This should fix your problem but if it doesn't just let me know if you are still having problems and I can help you find a solution.
