We do have 5th wheel base rails and frame brackets for your truck, however there aren't any custom brackets available for the 2001 Dodge Ram 3500 that eliminate the need for drilling. With any of the 5th wheel brackets for your truck you will need to drill into the frame rails for installation.
To mount your existing RBW hitch I recommend the Reese Universal Base Rails and Installation Kit # RP30035. This kit includes both the industry-standard base rails, the mounting brackets, and all the necessary hardware. I have attached an installation video that you can reference along with the written instructions manual.
