With your 2018 Ford F-550 with custom deck, the Reese Low-Profile 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - 30,000 lbs # RP30054 is the best route to go unless you need a clean bed. This 5th Wheel hitch simply bolts directly to the frame of your truck. Depending on your specific fit, welding may be required. The Bolt hole spacing on this hitch is 15 inches by 15 inches on center. Because you have such a long bed, turning clearances will be an issue and this is the only hitch that will allow you to use a Sidewinder pin box to get an additional 22 inches turning clearance by moving that pivot point back from the king pin and hitch location. If you let me know what trailer pin box you have I'd be happy to assist with a part number. The pin box number should be directly on the pin box of your trailer itself.
If you need to have a clean bed, then I instead recommend using the B&W Companion Flatbed Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch - 25,000 lbs # BWRVK3050 which fits in the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck # BWGNRK1500. This installation requires welding, but the hitch will give you a clean bed when not in use and also a gooseneck hitch option. I've attached a picture to assist.
If you already have a gooseneck hitch, then an adapter like the Ranch Hitch Universal 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Coupler Adapter # AM3100 or the 8 inch offset # AM3139 to increase turning clearances.
