Which Way Does Handle of Blackwater Drain Move To Open and Close
Question:
i have a 2006 Layton travel trailer. My drainage hose froze and water filled bathtub and soaked entire bathroom. I disconected the gray water hose and fort all water to drain but when I did it. I started by turning and pulling I think the black handle on the left. Guess its the black water handle. Question is how is it supposed to be. Pushed all the way in or pulled out? Hope you understand my question. Please let me know need your help getting it back the way it was

Blackwater valve handles are open with they are pulled away from the housing and closed when they are pushed back in. Hopefully that helps! I attached a review video for a similar blackwater valve for you to check out as well.
