The Yakima RailBars are also a fit for your Forester as long as you have the factory roof rails running from front to back. They're available in silver, part # Y00433-0434, and black, part # Y00448-0449, and mount right onto the roof rails. I've linked a video of the RailBars on a 2019 Forester for you as well.

Seal 171255UC has an inner diameter of 1.719 inches and outer diameter of 2.565 inches. A seal that has those dimensions would actually be #58846. I've added a link to a video review of this seal for you to take a look at.
