Will Camco Cam Locks # CAM09213 Resist Corrosion

Is this part plated or coated in some way so it doesnt rust? Or is it Stainless?

I spoke with my contact at Camco regarding the Cam Locks for RV Water Heater # CAM09213. He said that the cam locks are not stainless but they do have a coating that will help to resist rust and corrosion over time.
Two cam locks are included in this set and they will do a nice job of replacing the door latch assemblies on your existing water heater.
