Troubleshooting Blue Screen on Hopkins Smart Hitch Backup Camera and Hitch Aligner System

Back up camera Screen I purchased from you for my 2012 Chevrolet has went to blue screen

If you are getting a blue screen on the monitor for the Hopkins Smart Hitch Backup Camera and Hitch Aligner System # HM50002 you are using with your 2012 Chevrolet Silverado then that means the monitor is not receiving a signal from the camera.
Try checking the electrical connections for the camera (that came with the system) starting at the camera end making sure that they are secure and there are no loose wires.
