Can a Schwinn Beach Point Girls Styleinch bike be used on this, or just a Boys as shown in the video?

The Clamp-N-Carry Chair Rack # CAM51430 referenced in your question can be used to secure a bike of up to 50 pounds. It will simply clamp onto the seat tube and attach to the frame up towards the handlebars with a strap so there is no reason it couldn't be used with a girl's model of the Schwinn Beach Point Bike. The step-through frame on the girl's Beach Point won't make any difference with regards to how the rack will work.
