Great Priced Bike Rack for Fat Tire Bikes

Hi there: I have a question the Hitch and bike racks, i have 2018 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid Limited, my bike cycle 4inch tires so with bike racks do i need to fit it? And I would like looking for Hitch 1/14 Thanks
