Base Plate Fit for 2019 GMC Sierra 1500

Hello I am assuming hoping that this will also fit the AT4 build? Will it also work with a truck that has the Technology package includes adaptive cruise control?

Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX1736 is a confirmed fit for all versions of the 2019 GMC Sierra 1500. The written instructions are linked for your reference.
Installation does require temporary removal of the bumper fascia, some trimming of the bumper fascia and some minor drilling, all of which are fairly common processes for base plate installation.
I also checked the online owner's manual for the 2019 Sierra 1500 and on page 417 it notes that the 2WD model cannot be flat towed.
