I took a look at the online version of the owner's manual for your 2019 Honda Fit and it does state on page 406 that manual transmission models can be flat towed behind a motorhome. I recommend checking your copy of the owner's manual to verify this.
To flat tow any vehicle you will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, vehicle wiring, a supplemental braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter.
For a base plate kit I highly recommend the Roadmaster EZ5 # RM-521571-5 because it has a very clean look since you don't have to use the crossbeam like you would with the EZ4 base plate kit # RM-521571-4.
Then for a tow bar and safety cables I recommend the Falcon All Terrain # RM-522 and the Safety Cables # RM-643 as they are rated for 6,000 lbs which is well over what you'd need.
The wiring kit I recommend using is the Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 because it not only gives you a quick way to setup your wiring after the initial installation, but it also allows you to use the Charge Line Kit # RM-156-25 to keep your battery from draining since you have to leave the key in the ACC position.
It did state in the owner's manual that you need to remove some fuses before flat towing your Honda Fit and then reinstall them once you are ready to drive the vehicle again. We actually have the FuseMaster # RM76511 and # RM76512 that you can install which makes disconnecting/reconnecting those fuses literally as easy as flipping a switch.
The best braking systems for your Honda Fit come from SMI and are permanently installed on your vehicle. They actually install in such a way that you don't realize they are there when driving normally and then they are very easy to connect/disconnect to/from your motorhome. If your motorhome has air brakes then you would want the Air Force One # SM99243 but if it has hydraulic brakes you would want the Stay-IN-Play DUO # SM99251 instead.
Please note that with either of these braking systems the relay kit # RM-88400 is required to prevent the towed vehicle's brake signal from overriding the turn signal from the RV when applying the brakes during a turn.
