The transmission cooler I recommend for your 2019 Jeep Wrangler JK with a 3.6L V6 engine is the Derale Series 8000 Transmission Cooler # D13503 because of how efficient the cooler is.
This is a plate-and-fin cooler, which means it uses smaller plates that cover more area than other coolers in order to agitate transmission fluid. Because you cannot overcool fluids, the rule of thumb with transmission coolers is that size matters so the large 11" wide x 8-3/4" tall x 7/8" deep Series 8000 is going to give you great cooling efficiency. You are correct that you do need to ensure that you have enough room for this cooler to fit; if you take a look at the cut out of the linked installation manual you can see that there are a number of mounting locations possible.
Adding a transmission cooler such as the Derale Series 8000 # D13503 is one of the best things you can do for your Jeep because towing is a stressor and additional cooling keeps temperatures down and helps prolong the lifespan of your transmission.
I have added links to video reviews of this transmission cooler for you to take a look at as well.
