There is going to be a bit of trimming to the fascia of your 2019 Honda CR-V to install the Curt Trailer Hitch # C13397. As you can see by the accompanying cut out of the linked installation manual it is a small section that needs to be trimmed. The fascia trimming is needed because it allows most of the hitch to be hidden, as shown in the photo of it installed on a CR-V.
This hitch is a bolt-on installation that will not require drilling into your 2019 CR-V's frame; it is a Class III, 2" hitch which has a black powder coat finish to help protect it from corrosion and also has a 3,500 lb towing capacity and 525 lb tongue weight capacity. The Curt # C13397 is made in the USA and comes with a lifetime warranty. I have added a link of this hitch being installed on a Honda CR-V for you to check out as well.
For wiring which will give you a 4-way connector and allow you to power your trailer's lights you need Wiring Harness # 118741. It is also recommended you use Dielectric Grease for Electrical Connectors # 11755 to help prevent any type of corrosion in your connector, which will increase its durability and extend its lifespan. I have attached a link of this harness being installed on a CR-V for you to take a look at.
