Will Breakaway Pin Being Pulled on Trailer Breakaway Kit Drain Battery
Question:
Does the Breakaway battery were down when the PIN is not inserted even when its not plugged in to the vehicle Towing it? In other words if I am storing the trailer do I have to leave the PIN in or can I remove the PIN without wearing down the battery.

If you pull the pin of a trailer breakaway kit the breakaway battery is going to lock up the trailer brakes as long as it can till the battery dies. The battery will drain pretty quickly. You'd want to store it with the plunger inserted.
