As long as you have the hardware for your Thule Summit 631 cargo box, you will just need the crossbars you mentioned. If you don't have the mounting hardware then you will also need the mounting hardware # TH04997.

Then for your crossbars, I recommend the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 49" Long # RRVA126B-2 and the SX Series Legs for Raised Factory Side Rails # RRSX100. This combination will work well for you and support your cargo box.

Sorry for any confusion. I thought you were stating you did not have any crossbars. If you have the factory crossbars, then you simply need the mounting kit # TH04997 for your rooftop cargo box. If you only have the factory raised side rails and do not have the crossbars spanning the width between the side rails, then you will need the Rhino Rack legs and crossbars.
