I verified with Curt that the #C11900 trailer hitch does fit all 4-door Sedan models of the 2014 Cadillac CTS including the CTS Vsport.

I also recommending checking your Cadillac's owner's manual for any restrictions on adding a trailer hitch. I wasn't able to find anything specific on your vehicle but I have seen on some model years of the CTS-V that towing is not recommended from GM so taking a look at your Vsport's printed manual is probably a good idea.
