Do you include the tow bar for the length of the unit. RV is 45 ft Tod is 204inch 17

If you are trying to determine the total length of your flat towing setup to remain within local guidelines or laws, then the tow bar would indeed be included in this length since it will add to it. Just as an example the Blue Ox Alpha Tow Bar # BX7380 has an extended length of 48-3/4 inches.
