Yes, the Husky Liners cargo organizer part # HL09031 that you referenced does fit your 2018 GMC Sierra 2500HD crew cab. I attached a couple pictures that shows that the center of it is recessed in the center to fit over the hub you have as well. It will fit over that curved ridge too.
