The CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors, part # 11801, and part # 11802, for your 2007 Ford F-150 will only fit the mirror that are pictured on the product page of the mirrors. I am including pictures of the Ford mirror that these towing mirrors will work on.
The CIPA mirrors will not fit manual mirrors without the signals and will not fit STX model mirrors.
I am including a link to a video review on the CIPA towing mirrors.
