The issue you are experiencing with your Tekonsha Prodigy Brake Controller is rather common when maintenance or repair work has been performed on the tow vehicle which resulted in the battery being disconnected. The controller will then display an NC continuous error message due to a disconnect in programming. The only thing you will need to do to fix this is unplug the brake controller, wait about two minutes, and then plug it back in. If this does not fix the error you are having with your brake controller then please let me know and I would be glad to offer additional troubleshooting advice.
