The Bestop EZ Fold Folding Tonneau Cover # B1621601 will have no problem going through a touchless car wash according to my contact at Bestop. The cover and frame are designed to be durable in all kinds of weather conditions and will absolutely be fine in a touchless car wash. The manufacturer does not require you to remove your tonneau cover each time you wash your vehicle but they do outline how to wash your cover with a soft bristle brush. I've attached that portion of the instructions to assist in the attached photo.
It is not recommend or covered under warranty if you choose to use a different style automated car wash as the bristles or brushes could damage the cover.
