The Stallion Trailer Wheel Lock # 288-02020 referenced in your question features a standard steel tubular lock. There is a notch on the lock that makes it more difficult to simply drill out and barrel locks are generally much harder to pick than standard flat key lock cores.

Manufacturers don't usually rate their locks with regards to how hard they are to pick because the honest truth is if a thief really wants something he will likely find a way to get it. The primary purpose of this and any other wheel lock is to deter them from even trying.

I did go through customer reviews for this particular product and found them to be overwhelmingly positive. I have attached a couple video demonstrations that you can check out as well. If you still want some extra peace of mind I recommend adding a wheel lock set like the Redline # RG01-150 if you have 1/2 inch diameter wheel lugs to deter potential thieves from taking the whole wheel.
